Your appointments are very important to me at Radiant Skin by Joelle LLC. I hold your appointments just for you and kindly ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you please provide me with minimum 24-hour notice. This way I may be able to accommodate potential clients on a waiting list. I do understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you in the case of an emergency, etc. However, here is the general breakdown of cancellation/no show fees: * Less than 24-hour notice may result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service appointment(s) fee. * No shows: Will be considered a no-show if you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment and may be charged 50% of the reserved service(s) booked and may require 50% prepayment for any future services scheduled. I will attempt to reach you by phone first. **Cancellation and no-show policy applies to prepaid packages. *Tardy: I kindly ask that if you believe you will be late for your scheduled appointment, please call me directly at (253)370-0619. Your tardiness may affect the remainder of the day by delaying clients who have arrived on time. There will be a 10 minute grace period and I will try to accommodate your service but may need to adjust a part of it if necessary at no adjusted cost. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out by text and email 72 hours and 24 hours prior to upcoming service scheduled. Refund policy: All prepaid packages, services & sales are final. Packages are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Lira, LiLash & Finipil products purchased are returnable within 5 days of purchase. They must be unopened and unused to receive credit for future service. Open, used products are non-refundable. Please be advised that my space is small; therefore, I am not able to accommodate children in the treatment room for insurance and safety reasons. Thank you in advance for respecting these policies.
